A Cabintie kitchen with deep drawer storage and full-height cabinetry

How Cabintie Works

Cabintie is a Canadian cabinet shop you order from online. You configure each cabinet yourself — type, size, material, finish, door style, and quantity — watch the price update as you go, group it into a project, and pay in three installments as the order moves through the shop. Cabinets arrive pre-assembled, labeled by room, with the hardware included.

The four steps

The whole pipeline lives in one place, so nothing slips between the napkin sketch and the shop floor.

  1. Step 01

    Choose

Start in the shop and pick the cabinet type the room needs. Cabintie's catalog is modular, so a project mixes types freely rather than being sold as a fixed kitchen package.

    • Five categories: base cabinets, wall cabinets, tall cabinets, corner cabinets, and panels and trim.
    • Every cabinet is configured on its own, so one project can combine a sink base, a run of uppers, and a pantry tower.
    • Browsing the catalog and pricing a cabinet needs no account.
  2. Step 02

    Configure

Open any cabinet and set it up on its product page. The price updates as you change each option, so there is no quote request and no waiting for a number to come back.

    • Width, height, and depth in inches, adjustable in 1/16" steps within the range for that cabinet type.
    • Interior material, and fronts in pre-finished panel, painted MDF, or no door at all.
    • Panel or paint colour, routed door profile, hinge side, shelf count, and how many identical units you need.
    • Prices are in Canadian dollars and reflect the exact configuration in front of you.
  3. Step 03

    Order

Cabinets are added to a named project, and each project keeps its own cart — so a two-bathroom job and a kitchen stay separate lists you can price, review, and order independently.

    • A free Cabintie account is needed from this point, because a project and its order belong to their owner.
    • Review the full cabinet list and specs, and share the scope with a client for approval before anything is cut.
    • Checkout charges the 20% deposit and the order enters Under Review, where staff check the spec before production is scheduled.
  4. Step 04

    Ready to Install

Cabinets are manufactured in Cabintie's own Canadian facility and prepared for the job site, so the crew opens a box and hangs a cabinet rather than building one.

    • Pre-assembled, labeled by room, with hardware included — no on-site assembly.
    • Delivery or pickup from the Vaughan workshop, chosen after the deposit and changeable from the order page.
    • Track the stage of every order, pay the remaining installments, and download receipts from your dashboard.

What you pay, and when

An order is paid in three installments rather than in full up front, so money moves as the work does. All amounts are in Canadian dollars, and the three charges add up to the order total.

Questions about ordering

Do I need an account to order cabinets from Cabintie?

No account is needed to browse the shop, configure a cabinet, or see its price. A free account is required to save cabinets into a project and to check out, because every project and order is tied to the person who owns it.

How long does it take to get a price?

There is no quote request. Pricing is calculated live in the configurator from the cabinet type, dimensions, materials, finish, door style, shelves, and quantity, so a project-ready number is on screen as you build the order.

How is an order paid for?

In three card installments, all in Canadian dollars: 20% at checkout, 30% once Cabintie confirms the order and production is ready to start, and the remaining 50% once the cabinets are finished. The three charges always add up to the order total.

When does production actually start?

After the second installment. The 20% deposit queues the order for review, a member of the Cabintie team confirms the spec, and paying the 30% moves the order into production.

Can an order still be changed after the deposit?

While an order is Under Review nothing has been manufactured yet, so contact the Cabintie team and the order can be adjusted before it is confirmed for production.

Is delivery or pickup available?

Both. The fulfillment method is chosen after the deposit and can be changed from the order page. Pickup is from the Cabintie workshop in Vaughan, Ontario, with a free pickup window of 7 working days from the final payment before storage fees apply.

Does Cabintie install the cabinets?

No. Cabintie manufactures and delivers cabinets ready to install, but does not install them. Contact the team to arrange installation or to confirm delivery to a specific location.

Where are Cabintie cabinets made?

Every cabinet is manufactured in Canada, in Cabintie's own facility in Vaughan, Ontario, and prepared for the job site before it ships.
